Why do we want this? 👨‍💻

As far as I see, there is no Swift client for Toggl API v8 out there, so I'm dedicated to contribute the first one 👩‍🚀

What's Toggl Swift

Toggl Swift is a wrapper of Toggl-api-v8, which is dedicatedly written by pure Swift and No Dependency.
