Add a third party app(InteTimer) built with toggl. InteTimer connects toggl and shortcut. It allows user to start and stop toggl by just drag and drop.

Thank you for your PR. Unfortunately it looks like your tool offers a subscription based service and is closed source. For this reason we will not be adding it to our documentation. I hope you understand.
