Document toggl-button integrations #1024

We should probably record all toggl-button integrations

Document website names and integration locations (screenshots)
Find a nice way to display all the services where the Toggl button is integrated
Keep it updated

This will help new and old contributors help fix broken integrations.

Would definitely be nice to have some machine-readable JSON structure describing everything that we can begin using to scaffold some UI.

Perhaps we can start by outlining an aspiring shape, making sure it's contributor friendly, then we can proceed with migrating contents from the wiki.

Also something that might pop up for aesthetic reasons are recommendations on how to take screenshots. We should at least require some aspect ratio.
