Save link to to Integrated Item #526

Once you start Timetracking for a Irem Integrated you should store a backlink.

i.e. Once I start working on a Redmine Issue, Github Issue, PR etc. I would like a link in the time tracking record brings me back to the Item I'm worked on

Currently toggl does not support urls. From Toggl Button-s side we could save the url data with the time entry but it would be available only in Toggl Button making it useless as you see no history in Toggl Button.

Other choice would be to add the link to the end of the description. This way the link would be there as a text.

@IndrekV Any chance this could be implemented also on the Toggl website to support this feature? This is something I really liked about tmetric.com app.
