Include ID for Microsoft VSTS tasks #793

Currently only the tittle is included when clicking on the toggl button to track time in www.visualstudio.com. It would help greatly if the ID was included along with the title, like it does for Jira.

It would also be nice if it filled out the project by default to match that in your TFS instance
