I'm not sure how complicated would this be, but there are tools like Bitrix24 (see https://github.com/toggl/toggl-button/pull/936) that use internal iframes to render the elements we're interested into.

Would also be relevant to integrations like #1732.

Problems there would be to solve:

Configuring an integration to say it needs iframe support
Injecting or applying CSS to the button (is it even possible)?
Testing that all functionality around the injected button works
