Inhibitor doesn't seem to be working as expected #12

User LA emailed me directly to report that he's trying to use Reactor as an inverted inhibitor, and it's not working for him.

Confirmed, there's an issue with initialization of the inhibit list. Easily fixed. Now in stable branch.

This issue was fixed in v1.6 release.
