DelayLight fails on recent versions of openLuup #5

Change to the openLuup loader and device initialization have caused it to run the "startup" function not just on the parent device, but on each child, which is incorrect. akbooer fixed this on 2018-06-11. To run DelayLight, openLuup users will need to be running versions earlier than March 2018 (safely before these changes were made) or later than 2018-06-11. Thank you akbooer for addressing this issue so quickly upon discovery.
