Clone an entire Reactor Sensor. Suggestion by dJOS and sebby.

The backup/restore facility on the Reactor master device has been enhanced in 2.3-hotfix to include the ability to restore to a targeted ReactorSensor device (i.e. restore to a device other than the original). The permits an entire sensor configuration to be copies. This also appears in current 2.4-stable releases (anything currently in the stable branch as of this writing).
