Backup/Restore should handle Reactor state/configuration #43

The configuration variables, particularly things like notification settings (SMTP parameters, SSL parameters, etc.) should be backed up with the rest of the configuration.

It should restorable, optionally when "ALL" is restored, or perhaps separately?
