Update to MacOSX-10.6 toolchain. #11

The toolwhip toolchain is now 1 1/2 years old, a refurbishment to a recent 
MacOSX-10.6 toolchain is highly appreciated.

Moreover, I'd like to helpbuilding up a debian repository with a darwin 
cross-compiler with many libraries ported to to this toolchain.

An example of such a toolchain is our mingw cross-compiler toolchain under

So far 10.6 cctools works but not ld64 yet.

TONS of warnings, hence -w. Attached log.

Hi Audvare,

  Could you please post a description what you've done so far? (Which XCode-version, which patches, which makefiles...)

  This way, we are able to reproduce your problem and maybe fix it.

  coud you imagine to cooperate on building up a MaxOSX cross-compile toolchain for debian? At our side, I have another interested developer at hands, if you could lend a hand or two, we might make reasonable progress within some weeks.

I have created a slightly older-feeling toolchain here:
https://github.com/tatsh/xchain

It works with 10.7 headers. Just follow the instructions.
