Useful with --localtunnel and -qr server options.
Probably need to move the following from phonegap/www into Sencha Touch project folder and add them to app.json so they get copied into phonegap/www when needed but can be served locally if no phonegap folder exists.

I think this will mean that all files in phonegap/www/ are generated so we can manage the version control a bit easier by excluding this folder (maybe able to remove and rebuild it every time we run stlive build.
