Improper errors for the keys used later than they can #2

The handling of 'nopre', 'nopost' and 'nop' flags is not properly done, and the handling of 'unknown' flag is not done at all.

Seems to be solved now by hacking LaTeX3 kernel. A related question is in http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/230870/11002
