comparison with - or use of - uperf #213

It seems this tool has quite some overlap with uperf.

Would be nice if flent documentation mentioned how it compares to uperf.

I've asked similarly at their camp: https://github.com/uperf/uperf/issues/37

I only just stumbled upon it - so I guess we'll have to wait for them to elaborate on its features...
