FQ-PIE packet scheduler support was added to iproute2 (from git tag v5.6.0, SNAPSHOT 200330)

Thank you for the contribution! I'm fine with including this, but please change the capture variables to overlimit_pie and dropped_pie like for the pie qdisc (as otherwise they will conflict with the qdisc-wide values).
