Disable BLE support for Consibio variants for ESP32-S3. #64

It looks like SPIRAM octo support is now the default in toolchains/esp32s3/sdkconfig.defaults. The updated patch for the Consibio ESP32-S3 variant is exactly the same as the esp32s3-no-ble variant after this change.
