standard Chrome and WebVR #150

I just noticed that the latest standard Chrome (Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)) has support for VR. Maybe it has been so for a time and I somehow missed seeing any announcement? No reference to it at https://webvr.info/get-chrome/

I am temporarily without my Vive so sadly I can't test it.

Klausw has clarified on webvr.slack.com:

Sorry, this isn't something you can use. The WebVR API itself is present since that's part of cross-platform Chrome code, but there aren't any VR displays available on Windows at this time. Once that changes, we'll definitely be announcing it.
