What happened?
There are two issues related to the wallet connection dropdown:
Issue 1:
When attempting to connect to Metamask, a popup appears prompting for the wallet password. If the user closes this popup without entering the password, an error message stating "Error connecting to wallet" is displayed.
However, the error persists even after closing the dropdown,
When the user clicks the "Connect Wallet" dropdown again, the error should reset, and the Metamask icon and name should reappear, Additionally, the CSS styling should be updated to reflect the error state more clearly.
Issue 2:
There is inconsistent cursor behavior when moving in and out of the Connect Wallet dropdown. The switch between the arrow cursor and pointer cursor is not consistent when hovering over the dropdown options (Metamask, Trezor). In some cases, even after moving the cursor out of the dropdown, the pointer cursor persists. Similarly, when moving back into the dropdown, the pointer cursor can sometimes remain, resulting in inconsistent and unexpected cursor behavior.
Steps to Reproduce:
Issue 1:
Open the Connect Wallet dropdown and select Metamask.
When prompted, close the Metamask password popup.
Observe the "Error connecting to wallet" message.
Close the dropdown and reopen it.
Issue 2:
Open the Connect Wallet dropdown.
Hover over the wallet options (Metamask, Trezor) and move the cursor in and out of the dropdown area.
Observe the inconsistent cursor behavior (switching between arrow and pointer).
Expected Behavior:
Issue 1: Closing the Metamask popup without entering a password should not result in a persistent error state,Reopening the dropdown should reset the error and allow the user to attempt connecting again.
The styling of the error css should also be updated.
Issue 2: The cursor should consistently switch between arrow and pointer when hovering over dropdown options, and the pointer cursor should not persist when the cursor moves out of the dropdown.
