thanks for your contribution. it looks like there are some codes to be improved in migration.
about the codes you modified, it'd be better to use "load" function in utils. and also truffle-config.js needs to be improved.
BTW, we already deployed dao contracts, so we have no plan to use migration code for now. anyway, thank you for contributing.
