Provide syntax highlighting

A unified syntax highlighting for Tokay's .tok-files should be made available for major editors.

There had already been efforts for a simple syntax highlighting for hljs and sublime.

IMHO, there may be a simpler, generic way to provide a syntax highlighting for different highlighters and editors, but I'm not on this topic currently. This issue is a general collector for any related stuff.

After some research, I've found that TextMate seems to be a generic way to describe syntax highlighters.
