Check out this one: https://github.com/callstack-io/react-native-opentok. I don't believe it's been "officially released", but there's been a lot of progress on it lately.

that other library is quite ad-hoc - great if you just want to do what it does, but it hides a lot of features. I liked this one because it's more like a wrapper/port. I do wonder if it's alive and or 'safe' to use.
