Dynamic background changes when zooming #24

When zooming shifts from the render to the redirect level with dynamic fill enabled, the fill changes from the mosaic-mapped grey to be the pyramid-derived average grey. Reproduce by enabled dynamic fill and zooming, while watching the fill greys.
