What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do not require response on forgotten password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When resetting password:
The username is not valid or does not have a configured response { 5006 
ERROR_RESPONSES_NORESPONSES (an ldap user was not found) }

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Microsoft AD 2008 R2 Forest/domain

Please paste any error log messages below:
