Handle custom nft data fetch errors #8

This PR makes sure that if custom nft data is fetched and there is an error in the API that it would return the default assets from alchemy.

An example would be if the custom nft data has a server timeout. This implementation would handle that error by displaying the default nft assets from alchemy.
