adapt to cdt 1.4.1

update vscode task.json file: taskName to label modify eosio_abigen to eosio_cpp for cdt 1.4.1 when generate abi file this just a little modify for use.

• What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) with eos 1.5 cdt 1.4.1 can't generate abi file correctly, eosio_abigen is deprecated, use eosio_cpp instead

• What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) eosio-abigen remove some param in cdt 1.4.1 should be use eosio-cpp instead

• What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? use eosio-cpp gen abi file, and update vscode task.json field type

• Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?) Maybe not suitable to deprecated version of cdt less than 1.4.1

• Other information: eos 1.5 cdt 1.4.1 vscode 1.29.1 pass test
