how can I interact with public test net? #45

I hope to interact with public test net as following instruction mentioned, but can not find the ### utils folder. Do I miss something?

It's here: https://github.com/tokenika/eosfactory/tree/master/utils

(You couldn't find it most probably because we merged the dev branch into master after we had published the new docs - sorry about that.)
