What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

There were 2 unintended files introduced to this branch and one import become not needed. Files and import statement were removed.

This change does not affect behavior of eosfactory, but they were unnecessary.

there is no new behavior.
