Nodeos output to file #90

Enables the redirection of the nodeos output to a file by specifying the NODEOS_LOG configuration variable in the config.json file. If no file is specified then the output ir redirected to DEVNULL.

Thanks for the contribution. I will take a look at this after I fix the build system.
