So tokenly will accept BTC but wont SEND anything?? #10

I have been trying for months to send FLDC from my tokenly pocket wallet to bittrex. No matter what I do, they won't send! I've ADDED BTC to cover the transaction fees and it was more than happy to take my bitcoin but refuses to send FLDC out of the wallet. PLEASE HELP!

Hey there, take your 12 word passphrase from your wallet, and load it within https://wallet.counterwallet.io - You'll be able to access and send your tokens.
