It seems Asset ID's can be much higher #7

You mention that Asset ID's over 17576 are illegal (https://github.com/tokenly/counterparty-spec/blame/master/spec/asset-names.md#L10), but I'm looking at counterparty.db and not only numeric, but also named assets have ID's as high as 78339954127946 (see OLDSMOBILE, for example).

Can you verify and if correct if necessary?

I think you're reading it wrong, its between 1 and 17576 that's invalid
