Re-examine swapbot background image dimensions and quality recommendations #214

I'm noticing a lot of custom images that seem like they should look nice as swapbot backgrounds are showing up as too-low a resolution. I'm not sure if this is because the images are too small or the scaling being done on the page is too great. Something is wrong and this needs to be tweaked a bit

Actually I think this is just because of low resolution backgrounds
