Public and personal LTBcoin stats #34

Need to setup some public stats for the LTBcoin Proof of Participation rewards program. Most of this would be on the current LTB stats page, but there should also be an area in the dashboard where people can see their personal stats and history. This will probably require some reworking of the PoP system in general
