Bit ID integration #35

This should be an optional feature that can be enabled in the platform. Not sure if we will necessarily use it on LTB because we probably want to be able to send people emails and stuff and it could possibly make it super easy to create a bot that can register and login (although I guess captchas could help).

Would be cool to have in general as a configurable registration option. More info on Bit ID: http://bitid.bitcoin.blue/

Tokenpass sign in w/ bitcoin makes bitID obsolete :) closing this
