Make social share buttons more conspicous for blog readers #77

Add larger and more conspicuous social share buttons that invite readers to share blog posts.

any buttons/icons in mind that you've seen?

Ultimately, the choice may depend on what goes well with the new site design, but right now the buttons we have at the bottom of blog posts are small, outdated, and easy to miss or ignore. I would like to see larger ones that stand out and ask people to share, and include a share count. Right now Tuomas keeps track of some social data, but it would be nice to see a total share count on every blog post.

Not sure whether it's dependent on using Google Analytics versus Piwik.
