2707 removing broken references from inspect panel removes all tokens #2821

Why does this PR exist?

Current plugin removes all inspect tokens when user filters only broken reference tokens and selects all and removes them.

Closes #2707

What does this pull request do?

Updated the handleSelectAll function to select only visible inspect tokens.

Testing this change
