2738 20 bitbucket sync fails on single file sync for otherwise valid file #2825

Why does this PR exist?

Current plugin has no ability to load token data from single file in bitbucket. Instead, it throws a validation error.

Closes #2738

What does this pull request do?

Added ability to load token data from single file in Bitbucket.
