Why does this PR exist?

Follow up PR for #2827

What does this pull request do?

• Adjusts indentation to two spaces in translate.mjs for consistency with existing locale files + generates empty line at the end of files
• Remove commented out test + consistent test naming for validateGroupName tests
• Skip group name validating when duplicate/rename group name modal is closed
