fix: replace all checkboxes with the DS component

Why does this PR exist?

Checkboxes in certain areas of the plugin were inconsistent in styling, using a bespoke version.

What does this pull request do?

• Replaces all bespoke checkboxes with the one already existing in the DS
• Deletes the bespoke checkbox, its assets and dependencies
• Fixes a squashed checkbox and color display within the Inspect tab

Testing this change

Go to the areas containing checkboxes and see all have the correct styling:

• In the Tokens tab: Manage themes -> -> Styles & variables -> Select all ✅
• In the Inspect tab: Bulk remap -> Select all ✅
• In the Tokens tab: Tools -> Export to files/folder -> Single file -> Select a few options ✅
