[Blocked] figma variable plugin with live sync

This will rely on https://github.com/tokens-studio/graph-engine/issues/286 for completion. It will be blocking otherwise

• Add websocket as storage provider
• when storage provider is set to websocket, change to snackbar layout
• real-time updates to generate variables
