The page counts don't automatically update when new pages are added #60

Steps to reproduce: given a gallery that displays pages under folder "Foo", add a new file/page in that folder while the gallery is still open in another tab. The new page will immediately show up in the gallery (as it should), but the page count won't be updated until you re-render the gallery.
