Add section "templates" for one-click addition of sections with pre-configured clocks. #2

Plugin settings should let you set up named section "templates" with a list of clocks, counters, and timers. In addition to the "Add Section" option, there should be a way to "Add {template name}" for any of these templates and get a pre-configured section.
