Publish to crates.io #1

This crate is mentioned on the https://hyper.rs/ frontpage but it does not seem to exist on crates.io. I guess it should be published there?

I just saw this issue an ran into the same issue after posting https://github.com/hyperium/hyperium.github.io/issues/17. I would actually just prefer this crate be published than to change the hyper example to use published crates to cause less friction for rust newbies.
