@jonhoo Thanks for the review!

I've added a note about why hyper 1.0 is good. Not sure how to phrase it another way than "more stability is good for the ecosystem" 😅

I'm not sure I wanna start talking about axum 1.0 yet. Feels like opening Pandora's box and it's not happening until tower-service is 1.0 which is probably far off.

For any one curious I think the primary blockers for axum 1.0

tower-service and tower-layer 1.0
async fn in trait so we can stop using async-trait
Take a hard look at axum and axum-core's APIs and figure out what needs to be moved to axum-extra because it can be stable yet
