I stumbled on this after searching the wordpress site and finding nothing that did the job.

Nice plugin! I use the XML Sitemaps plugin with this. https://wordpress.org/plugins/xml-sitemaps/

I would like to have shorter scheduled intervals than one hour. I use Wp Crontrol (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/) to force it, but it would be nice if more time options were available.

Thank you for your commenting. I think your request may depend on the settings of your cache plugin.

I don't use this plugin any more on my site, but use preload-by-cron. That is not a wordpress plugin but is php script kicked by a cron on the server. And I make a schedule of cron that every 10 minutes it will be kicked to split preloading (where cache duration is still 60 minutes).
