Latest update causes pages that took 1-2s to load to take 1+ minutes to load. Disabling your plugin restores website functions. All site pages including admin are affected. How can we downgrade?

Sorry about this issue. You can download the old version from https://github.com/tokkonopapa/WordPress-IP-Geo-Block/releases or Previous Versions at https://wordpress.org/plugins/ip-geo-block/advanced/

The possible cause is the settings of local geolocation databases. Please confirm that at least one of Geolite2, Maxmind and IP2Location is selected like this:

Otherwise, this plugin always try to use external APIs via HTTP.
