How I can configure OAuth consent screen to get Google Youtube API without my own app domain? #338

Hello: I want to use this repo to upload videos to Youtube channel. But I can’t figure out how to configure OAuth consent screen, as I am not an owner of any public domain, how I can use others domain to pass the OAuth consent screen setup. I have seen someone shows in Youtube, how she get this done, but I found it was utterly complicated, and she seems to be at least the app domain developer, so she knows some technical details. But I am not in this situation, how I can pass the configure Oauth consent screen.\ I have been doing this since yesterday, but no progress. Please advise! Thanks,
