Page doesn't scale with browser on Firefox #1

The layout isn't handling correctly when the browser is scaled down. For reference, I'm on windows 10, using firefox 74.0. I split the screen in half using the windows functionality to do so.

I'm thinking of making the layout dynamic to three categories:

phone/pad dimensions. Will require a lot more scrolling. Title at the top, then the buttons for the roller, the roll results, menu buttons, and then the main content.
phone/pad in landscape, or narrow browser. Put the roll buttons and roll results in a separate row, leave the rest as is.
desktop: as it currently works.
