Documentation does not mention --notest cli flag #301

Mention --notest command line flag in docs.

Did you mean --no-test flag ? There is in minil help install and minil help release .

Actually I use minil dist before release to check and I use minil dist --help and it does not mention any flag to disable test. The command minil help also wanted to be mentioned in main doc page. I even did not know about that but flag --help is worked. I seen main doc page and minil (same as mini help) command and did not found --no-test nor --notest flag. I searched the code for something to disable tests and found only --notest flag passed to cpanm. I just tried --notest and it is worked.

Summary wanted: help and/or --help to main page and --no-test to dist doc and may be to main page.
