Fix placeholder links. Remove trailing whitespace. #53

Description of change

Placeholder seems to be having some issues these days. This small PR swaps out the placeholder links with place-hold.it ones.

BONUS: My editor also cleaned up some trailing whitespace! WHOOOO!!!
