Colleagues vs Co-workers #307

I've noticed that we use both terms. Is there a distinction? Or should we make an effort to be more consistent?

We could standardize on "colleagues" as it looks like we use co-worker only once for a question header for:

What is the gender of your colleagues who are engineers?
